Cancel any time
Open your account page and choose Manage billing, then Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cannot reach the billing page, email support@kalshieye.com and we will cancel it for you.
Free trials
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Refunds
- First payment: if you are not happy with your first paid month or year, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, as long as you have downloaded less than 5 GB since that charge.
- Renewals: a renewal you forgot to cancel can be refunded in full if you email us within 7 days and have not downloaded data since it renewed.
- Our mistakes: if you were charged in error, or a problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for, we refund the affected amount.
- Otherwise we do not refund partial periods, but cancelling stops all future charges.
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show within 5 to 10 business days. To ask for one, email support@kalshieye.com from your account email.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in a country that gives you a right to withdraw from online purchases, you agree that access to the data starts right away and that, once you have downloaded data, the right to withdraw no longer applies to that period. This does not affect any other right the law gives you.
